Learn How To Motivate Yourself/Myself

"Motivation will almost always retain mere talent."

 Norman Augustine 👇👇👇

I truly believe Augustine’s words are true and if you look at history you know it’s true.  There are many people in the world of amazing talent who realize only a small percentage of their potential.  We all know people who live this truth.

We also know those epics, those modern tales around the initial failures of ultimate successful people like Michael Jordan and Bill Gates.  We can go back to Albert Einstein in time or Abraham Link a little more.  What has made each of these people so successful?  Motivation.

We know it in our gut, but what can we do about it?  How can we motivate ourselves?  One of the most difficult aspects of success is to go a long way.

Motivation is not an accident or something that someone else can give you - you are the only one with the power to motivate.  Motivation cannot be an external force, it is certainly the natural product of your desire to achieve something and is able to achieve your belief that you are able to succeed in your goals.

Positive joy-based goals are much more powerful motivators than negative fear-based goals.Although each succeeds individually, the right combination of the two is the most powerful motivating force for mankind.

Here are some tips and tricks to encourage yourself:

Use past defeats as motivation.  Remind yourself in the meantime that there is no other place where you are already down.

Give yourself the power of responsibility.  The only thing stopping you is reminding yourself.

Long Make a list of your accomplishments towards your long-term goals and remind yourself that goals are not counted, only actions.

Do it today.  Remind yourself of someone who died suddenly and let there be no guarantee that tomorrow will come.

Success Inspire you.  Find a picture of what makes you successful and pull it off when you need motivation.

Reflect and examine until you find the right combination of motivators for your personality and your personal goals.  I will leave you with this final inspirational quote:

“What drives me?  The thing that drives me the most is the desire to explore my limits and expand them.  "~ Richard Marcinco

Now move on to your own limitations and succeed.
